Sue Ringrose – Proprietor and Equestrian Coach
With extensive expertise in equestrian coaching, Sue leads the team with her passion for horses and commitment to nurturing both riders and horses.
Simon Ringrose – Partner
Simon co-manages New Farm Equestrian, overseeing the day-to-day running and maintenance of the yard and managing the therapy barn.
Laura Smith – Yard Manager
Laura is a former junior event team rider and holds BHS Stage 3 qualifications. She oversees the yard’s operations, ensuring both the horses and facilities are managed to the highest standards.
Amber Iggo – Yard Supervisor
Amber has achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Horse Care and Management, is first aid qualified, and brings experience as a competition groom to her supervisory role.
